Our “2-tiered delight” wedding package is for the couple that wants to be actively involved with their wedding planning, but desires our professional opinion and assistance. With the 2-tiered delight package, you will be able to have us by your side as we team up to plan the wedding of your dreams! Services include (but not limited to): 6 Total Meetings 5 Face to face meetings before the wedding excluding Final Meeting with couple 1 venue walk through with venue manager and or decorator (to build floorplan) Design services including custom design board: up to 3 custom designs Unlimited email and text Phone calls between the hours of 6pm- 10pm (CST)on weekdays and weekends until 0pm (CST) Planning Services Month to month task list Assistance with seating chart arrangement Calendar Review Vendor Referrals Assistance with Rehearsal Dinner, After- Party, or Brunches Rehearsal dinner planning Build Wedding Timeline Distribution of final payments and tips to vendors Final Meeting with the Couple (20-30 days before wedding) Wedding Day Timeline Final Vendor Information Ceremony Line-Up Set-Up & Decor Specifics "Behind the Scenes" Vendor & Venue Invoice Confirmation Verify Services & Timeline of Vendors and Venue Create Bridal Party Handouts Rehearsal Coordinate and run rehearsal with one additional Piece of Cake Planner onsite Wedding Day! Wedding Day Services Up to 10 Hours with one additional trained Piece of Cake Planner onsite.
