Service Description

Our “red velvet special” wedding package is for the couple that needs help on the weekend of their wedding. All details including event décor diagram, vendor contracts, schedule, etc. will be provided to their assigned day-of coordinator with Piece of Cake Events. 3 Total Meetings • 2 Face to face meetings before the wedding including Final Meeting with couple • 1 venue walk through with Venue manager and or decorator (to review floorplan) • Unlimited email and text 3 weeks prior to wedding • Phone calls between the hours of 6pm-10pm (CST) and Weekends until 10pm (CST) Planning Services • Review Client schedule and Vendor list • Confirm and set up transformation schedule Final Meeting with the Couple (Week of wedding) • Wedding Day Timeline • Final Vendor Information • Ceremony Line-Up "Behind the Scenes" Vendor & Venue Invoice Confirmation Verify Services & Timeline of Vendors and Venue Create Bridal Party Handouts Rehearsal Coordinate and run rehearsal with one additional Piece of Cake Planner onsite Wedding Day! Wedding Day Services Up to 8 Hours with one additional trained Piece of Cake Planner onsite. Direction of Vendors & Venues according to Timeline Coordination of Ceremony & Reception Set-Up Final Decorations Help Direct Family Members Pack Up Personal Items at the End of the Night
